Amazon lists then yanks 250GB Xbox 360

Hello then - Amazon has produced a listing for a 250GB Xbox 360 Elite on its German site, although the page's subsequent disappearance perhaps casts doubt on its legitimacy.

The listing, spotted by Kotaku, was for €279.99 and included two wireless controllers and a copy of Forza Motorsport 3, which is due out in October.

Yesterday, Microsoft cut the price of the Xbox 360 Elite to £199.99, while simultaneously raising the price of the Arcade bundle to £159.99.

Whether this is one of the many bundles Microsoft Europe boss Chris Lewis mentioned yesterday is unclear, and Microsoft has yet to comment on the mysterious bundle.
