EA has formerly announced FIFA 12 on 3DS - a game that will have "optional" touch-screen controls and 3D Street Soccer.

Those touch-screen controls show you the field from the player's perspective. You tap the screen where you want the ball to go. You can also do flashy things like draw a curved line around a wall to empty bit of the goal-net-score-box.

Street Soccer takes place on a curved field that amplifies the 3D effect. You'll be able to pick from eight camera angles to find one that suits you. Street games are five versus five and take place in a host of environments.

On top of those modes are Be A Pro, Tournament Mode, Career Mode, Training Mode, and Wi-Fi multiplayer.

FIFA 12 will be released this autumn, and is one of high profile games at the Eurogamer Expo this year. Get those tickets!
