PS3 Store refresher has demos
WET! DiRT 2! Mini Ninjas! Sturmovik!
Demos and videos provide most interest on the PS Store refresher today.
Samplers for action game WET (our latest impressions), cartoon adventure Mini Ninjas (made by Hitman dev IO Interactive), flight sim IL-2 Sturmovik (our latest impressions) and racing game DiRT 2 (our latest impressions) offer a broad genre-spread.
There's a PSP demo for fighting game Dissidia: Final Fantasy (our review), too.
Rock Band extras outweigh Guitar Hero additions, and there are a handful of PSP games to buy - none of which command special attention.
Trailers, for once, do, as gamescom footage - including press-conference coverage - lines the Store shelves.

Tried Wet, found it slow and boring and deleted it!

more importantly, where is the 4 part press conference footage? you'd think it would be in the gamescom psn folder but no just game trailers....I suppose that's all I want anyway, but it's nice to see the developers try and explain what is happening.

The graphics are a bit ropey I suppose, but in a bit of an endearing Sega arcade game sort of way, and nowhere near as bad as EDF2017 and I loved that as well.

Games like Wet seem pointless to me. They have simply taken a set of existing gaming mechanisms and not attempted to improve or add anything, other than a grindhouse graphical atheistic. I can appreciate a bad game that has tried something new and failed because at least they tried, but games like Wet are just lazy in their mediocre aspirations and should be treated with the contempt that they deserve.
Some people seem to like it though.

Same here. Stranglehold did it better years ago.
