Capcom has confirmed two new fighters for Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds - Sir Arthur and Nathan Spencer.

The new additions were unveiled at a New York Comic Con panel, reports Joystiq.

Sir Arthur, from rock hard platformer Ghosts 'n Goblins, appeared as an assist character in Marvel vs. Capcom, but will be fully playable in the forthcoming threequel.

You might remember Nathan Spencer from GRIN's ill-fated 3D re-imagining of Capcom's classic platformer. Expect plenty of grapple hook-related, umm, grappling from him.

Marvel are due to reveal two new fighters from its side of the fence on Saturday morning.
