Fallout 4: Automatron DLC release date revealed

And here's the first trailer.

Automatron, the first add-on for Fallout 4, launches for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 22nd March.

The DLC costs Ł7.99 or comes as part of the game's season pass.

Automatron sees you hunting down evil robots unleashed by the mysterious Mechanist. You can then reassemble their pieces into custom robot companions of your own.

There's a new lightning chain gun weapon for them to wield, and all manner of customisation options for them to wear - paint jobs and robot voices included.

Fallout 4 will be expanded further in April with the Wasteland Workshop for your settlement, before May's meaty expansion set in the new coastal area of Far Harbor.
