Microsoft has invited "celebrity fans" to play Halo 4 at a swanky event, in Manchester.

The Only Way is Essex star Maria Fowler joined several people from Hollyoaks and some footballers at the exclusive playtest.

Cameron Jerome from Stoke City, Neil Danns of Leicester City and Sean Scannell of Huddersfield were all there.

Olympic medallist and Team GB cyclist Steven Burke also put in an appearance.

Microsoft just sent us a gallery of snaps from the night. See them below, as Ashley Margolis, James Atherton, Lucy Dixon and Laurie Duncan from Hollyoaks pose next to their hero Master Chief.
