One thousand Quakers invade Newbury race course

Multiplay UK announce the biggest British LAN party held so far

are continuing their "i-series" LAN parties with a sixth installment, imaginatively titled "i6". Taking place over the weekend of November 10th to 12th, the event will be taking over Newbury race course, with room for up to 1000 gamers to duel it out over a low latency network in Quake 3, Unreal Tournament, Counter-Strike, Total Annihilation and other top multiplayer games. Entrance is £50 for the entire weekend, as long as you bring your own PC and don't mind kipping on the floor. There's really no other way to fully experience a LAN party though, so dust off your old sleeping bag and get to it! Over 400 people have already signed up for the event, so if you want to join them, head over to the i-series website and book your place.
