Deadly Premonition dated
Xbox 360 horror hits UK in October.
Divisive Xbox 360 horror game Deadly Premonition will release in the UK on 29th October, publisher Rising Star Games has announced.
Access Games' open world scare-em-up is set in Greenvale, a Twin Peaks-inspired secluded rural town in North West America.
The Twin Peaks comparisons continue: you play a FBI Special Agent called Francis York, and have to solve the brutal murder of a local girl. You have to shave, shower and eat, or you'll start to smell. Really.
You can also play darts and fish. The game costs 25 quid.
Chris Schilling reviewed Deadly Premonition for Eurogamer in April, awarding it 7/10.

Strangely excited about this game; I'm either going to be think it's awesome or that it sucks balls.

Well a lot of people don't consider it to be a "bad game". Some people said it was one of the best games they'd ever played. It's notorious for dividing opinion between two extremes, not for being bad. For every review calling it a bad game, there's another saying it's amazing.

Yeah, and the next thing they said was "Oh Mister Bear, you've got tea all down your nice play suit. You won't be invited to the teaparty next time if you can't keep your clothes clean". Then they wet themselves.

Considering I work for a mental health charity, I really shouldn't laugh at that. But I just couldn't help it.

I've actually been thinking, might as well cancel my pre-order and watch that, since the only difference would be no gameplay, which sucks anyway.
