PlayStation Plus adds Far Cry 3, Giana Sisters and Dragon's Dogma

Vita gets Street Fighter x Tekken and Touch My Katamari.

Over at the EU PlayStation Blog Sony has announced the new games PlayStation Plus subscribers can download free for October - and it's an impressive list.

For PlayStation 3 superb openworld shooter Far Cry 3, platformer Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams and Capcom role-playing game Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen will all be free to download if you subscribe to Plus.

PS Vita gets fighting game Street Fighter x Tekken and Touch My Katamari.

All five games will be available to download from 25th September, when Assassin's Creed 3, Saints Row The Third, Payday: The Heist, Urban Trials and New Little Kings Story leave PS Plus.

Additional discounts will be announced over at the EU PlayStation Blog.

A one year subscription to the Instant Game Collection costs £40.
