Final Sims expansion goes gold

Sniff. It's with great sadness this morning that we have to announce the completion of the last ever Sims expansion pack. Makin' Magic, which we covered in detail here, is the seventh in a long-running and highly successful series of annoying updates to the classic life management sim, and is expected to be the last Sims title to appear on the PC ahead of The Sims 2. But will it be a delicious swansong or the final insult? We'll let you know closer to the game's confirmed October 31st release date. Waaaa!
