N+ for Live Arcade tomorrow

Little stick-man ninja adventures.

Microsoft has said our Live Arcade treat tomorrow will be N+, which will cost 800 Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60).

This is a platformer about a little stick-man ninja who jumps off walls, destroys robots, collects gold and hopefully gets to the exit before the time limit runs out.

Key to its charm are a cartoon-style presentation and some nifty physics, which let you use sloped platforms like ramps to propel yourself into the air, or slide from wall to wall to avoid long drops that make you splat into lots of little ninja pieces.

In total there are more than 300 levels to beat - and you have infinite lives so there's no reason why you shouldn't. There's also a level editor for you to cobble your own obstacle courses together, so you can flummox your friends.

Speaking of friends, you can play with one in local or Live co-operative Survival or Race modes.

We thought it was jolly entertaining when we cruised through the demo, and you shouldn't have to wait too long for our thoughts on the full package.

Pop over to our freshly beefed-up N+ gallery for plenty of fresh screenshots.
