The latest Humble Bundle is Telltale Games themed with almost every title the studio has developed available for a mere $15 (about £11.50). That's a $275 value! Plus the proceeds go to charity.
Telltale's take on The Walking Dead was always good in spite of its zombies, not because of them. Early in its first season we're given a none-too-subtle parable about how man is the real monster, a shrug-worthy observation that gets repeated umpteen times throughout the ongoing franchise. The titular walkers stopped being interesting ages ago: their purpose laid bare as a malleable plot device that could force our would be heroes into various uncompromising situations. With the gears of such a lazy, clichéd threat so readily transparent, it's a testament to Telltale that the developer manages to keep its human drama captivating among its resilient, war-torn leads.
Telltale's The Walking Dead Season Three is launching next week, 20th December, and here's how you can import your data between devices, regardless of platform or generation (Editor's note: Unless you're playing on Vita).
The latest Humble Bundle is Telltale themed and it's a good one, offering 12 games for only $12 (about £8.40).
Telltale will debut its third season of The Walking Dead later this year.
Telltale's The Walking Dead Season One and tear-jerking World War 1 puzzle adventure Valiant Hearts are both free on Xbox One during October.
What a week for Telltale Games. In practically the same breath as announcing a "significant" investment from film and television studio Lionsgate, the developer also announced that its next game, a brand new IP, would take the form of a TV-game hybrid, made up of one part interactive gameplay and one part scripted drama.
Telltale's The Walking Dead will now arrive a week later than planned for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Europe - on Friday, 31st October.
Both of the game's seasons were previously announced for release this Friday, 24th October.
The PS4 and Xbox One editions are available as planned in North America today.
UPDATE 14/10/2014 5.35pm: It looks like The Walking Dead: Season One is also out today on PS4 - in North America anyway.
