Earth Defense Force 3 Portable coming to PlayStation Vita

Earth Defense Force 3 Portable will launch on PlayStation Vita later this year in Japan, publisher D3 has revealed.

Details are scant at the moment: the reveal came from a Japanese teaser site for the game, spotted by Andriasang.

The title will presumably follow previous entries in the bug-shooting series Earth Defense Force 2017 and Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon, the latter of which launched on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 late last year.

More details will come in a trailer due next week.
