Brighton, England, March 16, 2004: European games content and online games technology solutions provider Eurogamer Network announces today the appointment of Patrick Garratt to Business Development Manager (Content).

Patrick has extensive experience in the video games media industry, having edited and consulted on both major print and online products for Future Publishing, Dennis Publishing, EMAP, Computec Media, Imagine Media and Interactive News Central, among others.

He will be responsible for the growth of Eurogamer's highly respected consumer and trade websites, Eurogamer.net and GamesIndustry.biz, and will front the company's newly formed bespoke content creation business.

"Now as well as providing both consumers and the trade with timely and invaluable information through Eurogamer.net and GamesIndustry.biz, Eurogamer Network will also be able to supply the global publishing industry with video games content for any purpose, whether it be specialist, lifestyle or mainstream media," said Patrick Garratt, Eurogamer Network's Business Development Manager (Content).

"While Eurogamer Network is already providing high profile video gaming network solutions to the biggest names in the industry, the opportunity to make the company's name synonymous with the highest quality bespoke editorial products is fantastic," he added.
