SCEE to publish Shinobi in May

According to an announcement today, Sony will publish Sega's long awaited update to the classic Shinobi franchise across PAL territories in May. And that's about it. Sony and Sega, sitting in a tree, S-H-I-N-O-B-I.

Developed by Sega's Overworks team, Shinobi has you controlling Hotsuma, whose clan has been mysteriously slaughtered. Meanwhile, Tokyo has been struck by an earthquake and overrun by dark deities and their minions, giving Hotsuma something to do with his big long f--- off sword.
