One of the biggest stories from ECTS so far is Blizzard's unveiling of Warcraft III. The press conference was so packed they had to run it twice to fit everyone in!

The game will be a departure from the classic RTS series, moving to a fully 3D world (Warzone 2100 style), bringing in more RPG features, and reducing the role of resource management and base building in the game to allow the player to focus more on combat and tactics.
