While Nintendo's big reveal may have left some people feeling a little cold, I think it's safe to say there's a lot we now know about the Nintendo Switch that we didn't know yesterday.

One of these new insights is exactly how fast the Switch transitions from displaying a game on a television to the rather dinky portable mode - which is to say that, after queueing up for over an hour, Chris spent five minutes picking up the Nintendo Switch and putting it back down again.

It's pretty swift, no? All in all I'm quite impressed by the Nintendo Switch, though I'm not sure how often I'd actually find myself switching to portable mode in order to play something like Breath of the Wild on the go.
