Jaws of Hakkon - Belenas Astrarium puzzle
When you reach Stone-Bear Hold - a key location in the story - head out of the village via the mountain pass and keep to the higher paths. The pedestal is to the north-north-west of the Hold's fast travel icon.
Jaws of Hakkon - Visus Astrarium puzzle
Head north-north-east out of the starting area - the Basin Floor Camp - to find the second Astrarium puzzle in the DLC.
Jaws of Hakkon - Fulmenos Astrarium puzzle
Find the third Astrarium puzzle just west-south-west of the treetop Ridgeline Camp, which is the third most northern campsite that will be marked on your map when arriving in the area. It's on top of a cliff, reached from the cliff, next to it via a tree root bridge.
