THQ's Homefront delayed

North Korea's US invasion postponed.

THQ's pushed back its new shooter Homefront to March 2011.

This follows Tuesday's news that THQ had also delayed Red Faction: Armageddon until May 2011, two months later than its initial shipping date.

Developed by Frontlines: Fuel of War creator Kaos Studios, Homefront sees you attempting to liberate America from invading North Korean forces. It's scripted by Apocalypse Now and Conan The Barbarian author John Milius.

Eurogamer's Alec Meer loved the gameplay, if not the plot, when he previewed it back in June.

Homefront will be available on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
