Blue Dragon - Japanese Anime

We're not entirely sure whether this is a promotional video for the game or an ad for a tie-in anime series. It seems to show some scheduling info at the end, so we're thinking it's the latter. As always, translations and interpretations are welcome.

    id say it's either a anime series or a mini-series. quait common to make a anime from a game i.e. King of fighters (KOF) and Pokemon. Now this is just a gues cuz mi japanese is... lets say none existent. and if i got the start date correct its: april seventh 2007 but dont hold me for this :)
