Heavenly Sword demo dated
Sony says this Thursday.
A Heavenly Sword demo will be available to download from the PlayStation Network this Thursday, Sony has confirmed to Eurogamer this morning.
It will give PS3 owners a chance to try out the hugely anticipated action game from Ninja Theory ahead of it's projected September release date.
Heavenly Sword is pitched one of Sony's biggest games of the year, and features talent like Andy "Gollum" Serkis and WETA Studios - the visual flare behind Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings.
We recently had the chance to get to grips with the title and see how it was shaping up. Head over to our first impressions of Heavenly Sword to find out what the fuss is about.

Can't wait for the demo, good stuff! Wasn't the US supposedly be getting it earlier, or was that mere speculation?

And for emphasis an extra.

JMM Heavenly Sword, is made if the UK so I'd assume SCEE have the upper foot in these type of things.
That said SCEE acts as SCEA's bitch from time to time so who knows...
Bah I'm all over the place.

But still, great news even if gamers creed picked up on this news last week.

And oh dr_shambles all this game looks impressive I can see no reason why this couldn't run on the 360, aside from the hours of cut scenes they've stuck on the disc preventing it fitting on a dvd.

Let's face it, having to change a disk half-way through a 12+ hour game is hardly a deal-breaker, is it?
(I'm also a PS3 owner, btw)

Devs always say that especially if it's a PS3 exclusive, I remember one of the devs for one of the grand theft auto games was talking about how it barely fit on a DVD9 for the PS2 by the time it was released on the XBox it was just over 2GB.
Anyway a few more games as promising as this one, Sony, and I'll get a PS3 (if this was a launch game I may have got one then).

Plus it's story driven.
