Fresh images of Team ICO's new game The Last Guardian have surfaced from the Tokyo Game Show.

They come from Famitsu's website (via VG247) and capture direct-feed footage of the PS3-exclusive game.

The gallery shows the cateagle helping the boy-hero by biting his white robe and lifting him off the ground.

Famitsu's pictures also show what appear to be the HD remasters of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus.

Ellie's in Tokyo now. Expect a Last Guardian preview later this week.

Looking at the current state of gaming there seems to be a glut of FPS or some cliche badass mofo hacking/shooting shit up (demons, robots etc, etc.). I am so glad this game is coming out. It looks like a breath of fresh air.

Team ICO really need to sort out their contrast settings... ICO, SotC and apparently LG all suffer from really dodgy gamma/contrast settings!

First of all, several of those images (at least 3) Eurogamer pulled from Famitsu's website are from Ico/SOTC - HD remakes of the PS2 version, not from the Last Guardian, so obviously some dimwits are going to get confused. Also, this is not from TGS, but a separate preview from Famitsu. TGS itself will have different images and all-new footage of course.
