Shigeru Miyamoto is debuting his Pikmin short films at Tokyo International Film Festival
Entitled The Night Juicer, Treasures in a Bottle, and Occupational Hazards.Shigeru Miyamoto will be debuting Pikmin Short Movies, an anthology of three Pikmin short films he produced, at this year's The Tokyo International Film Festival running from 25th-31st October.

As reported by Variety, the three films are entitled The Night Juicer, Treasures in a Bottle, and Occupational Hazards.
The Night Juicer is a short in "which Captain Olimar makes his favorite juice," Treasures in a Bottle's storyline is described as "Pikmin meet a strange treasure" and Occupational Hazards is "an adventure at a construction site."
Shigeru Miyamoto will give a presentation alongside Nobuo Kawakami, producer-trainer at Studio Ghibli and CEO of Japanese media company Dwango.
Video games typically have a difficult time adapting to the big screen, but the Pikmin are a charismatic bunch, so hopefully their cute, albeit dangerous, exploits will make for a pleasurable viewing experience. They sure are adorable anyway.
