Milo & Kate coming out after all

Make your mind up chaps.

Microsoft has confirmed it intends to release Kinect game Milo & Kate after saying on Australian telly it had no plans to do so.

Yesterday Microsoft man Aaron Greenberg said the US behemoth had no plans to bring Milo & Kate to market, calling it a tech demo.

But in a tweet Greenberg backtracked on his comment, saying Milo & Kate "is just not a product we plan to bring to market this holiday".

Glad that's cleared up.

"Project Milo absolutely continues in development at Lionhead Studios," he said.

"It is just not a product we plan to bring to market this holiday.

"The team at Lionhead Studios has always been a centre of innovation and will continue to deliver against that charter."

Greenberg caused quite the stir yesterday when he appeared to confirm Milo & Kate's status as a tech demo.

Tongues were already wagging about Peter Molyneux's exciting project following its no-show at E3 2010 earlier in the month.

We expect to see more from Milo & Kate in a couple of week's time at the TEDGlobal 2010 in Oxford, UK, where Molyneux will speak about his human relationship sim.
