Rag Doll Kung Fu, the hip-hopping puppetry-based PC fighter from Lionhead's Mark Healey, is now available for download via Steam.

So how does it work? Well, we'll let the marketing bods explain... "Imagine having a Kung Fu Fight with string puppets, except you don't have to worry about getting the strings tangled up, and you don't have to have a kung fu fight.

"You control the characters on screen with the mouse - there are no pre-scripted animations in the game - it's all up to you."

So you have complete freedom of movement, essentially, and and you create your own style of fighting, or dancing, or whatever. "It's about Chi power," you see.

Visit the Steam website to watch the trailer, or indeed to buy the game for a very reasonable $14.95. That's £8.50 in the old money.
