    Menu based child-killing FTL :( If I want to shoot children I want to shoot children. Not that they even are children anymore. One thing Ive been wondering is the character you play well... a character? Or are you just a formless lump?

    Couldn't agree more. I hope this gets green-lit for being available from Xbox Live.
    I hope Unreal Tournament 3 gets a big spot on a future show. We ought to know more about that, particularly the console versions, for the precedence they're setting for the series.

    I'm really excited about SC: Conviction. If it can deliver (and there's no reason to believe it won't, especially having seen the restaurant redecoration - which was anything but low-key, lol) then my faith in the series will be renewed. Stick to your guns, oh makers. Stuck skulking about in shadows is just old, after four games. The fact there was no lead character really grated on me, after a while. But, there's clearly a completely new direction for Conviction. It's not just that they've stripped all that back, but they've also added worthy features back in. So, that should be good. :) I especially like how, if something goes wrong, IT's NOT a mission failure. You just have to get a bit more creative. I'm just slightly concerned about Uber-cross pollination of ideas, but I do think that each team has a strong direction of it's own. So everything should turn out fine.

    Assassin's Creed is Assassin's Creed. All I know and have seen of it, promise fun times ahead. Everything they've shown, I like. Details are thin on the ground, so so's my feedback got to be about that.
    Bioshock's coming sooner, and I admit I nearly submitted "potential GOTY" myself, this morning, in one of the threads about it, before I thought it ludicrous. Though, I have full belief in the direction, approach and what's been shown before for this. That demo can't arrive soon enough - So I can talk - informed - Bioshock, more. 2K surely have something wonderful here! :)

    HAZE. I like it's ideas, and I think it could do well, but it remains a secretive (too?) secretive game. So, that's a barrier to me getting really enthusiastic about it. Hopefully E3 will see the curtain rise. Cripes, Ubi's going to be busy, in a month!

    In terms of Soccer, I know I'm getting a soccer game, I just don't yet know which one. Word is, that Konami grew complacent, and EA's caught up, or even overtaken them in terms of delivering a competent game. I've played a little PES in the past, and I've played more FIFA. I'll need to see more coverage, before I'll be able to decide. Mo-cap does not, solely, a beautiful game, make.

    There has been a successful strategy game on consoles, before, too: Phantagram's Kingdom Under Fire - the first. Took a lot of people by surprise, earnt an expansion pack, and pretty much hasn't been heard of since. (Outside of the Circle of Doom trailer, on Marketplace.)

    But, yes, EG, fantastic show. Very entertaining. :D

    A definate improvement in the show content compared to previous episodes.

    And I also agree about that t-shirt at the begning, nice touch :)

    Lets just hope you guys can be the EU's version of the 1Up Show. As that is the best video games show that I've come across, in terms of content, presentation and pure quality.

    Bioshock looks great, assasins creed looks great, and motion capture seems fun.

    Loved the cockney voiceover for Ronaldinho, although he has to be one of the ugliest people on the planet! Bioshock, SC and Assassins Creed look brilliant, Jade is a right stunner!

    Get these shows on the telly instead of that crap on Rapture and Bravo!

    The show featured some absolutely great looking games, not just great looking but games that seem to have a bit of intelligence behind them, worked on by intelligent people. It was very encouraging actually.

    Nice touch with the UNKLE. And it's been done to death but Ms Raymond really is gorgeous.

    oh come on - are we all buying into the Assassin's creed hype purely cos Jade Raymond is a bit pretty?

    Don't get me wrong - I'm really looking forward to the game but I'm sick and tired of seeing the same pre-rendered videos and handful of screen shots.

    So what if you showed 3 new areas - where's the actual gameplay footage?!?!?!

    As far as video game related Tv goes, this is some of the best I've seen. Shutup all you critical pretentious so and so's, its a bit of fun, well presented and informative, perfick.
