Viva Piņata video on Live
Sort of interactive, too.
Want to learn about Viva Piņata? Then read Ellie's preview, which explains how you attract piņatas to come and live in your garden, how to fend off nasty piņatas, and how to make everyone sex like bunnies.
Alternatively, you can download a new interactive video thing Microsoft's uploaded to Xbox Live, where the actual piņatas explain themselves, in-game, fumbling with Xbox pads on Horsetachio's sofa. Cute.
The video is 754MB, and occasionally prompts you to select a piņata to explain various gameplay clips, including all of the things mentioned above and more.
The full game is due out in time for Christmas, with an accompanying TV series - already showing in the US - hopefully turning up over here in early 2007.

I'm still curious about the game, even though similar titles are not normally my bag.

I don't see how it's rubbish because the video is obviously
aimed at young kids. The design and animation is well
done and the game looks fun.
If the game gets some favourable reviews then I will buy
it just because I'm a big KID!

Dont get me wrong - I am planning on buying the game to be honest, but the "demo" is rubbish! Fortunately I have seen enough of the game to be intruiged already, but this pants "interactive" "demo" desnt really do it in terms of selling the game to me. At all.
Incidentally, I think pinatas should be banned as they promote violence towards flamboyant animals.

I agree with you that as a demo it is rubbish in that it
should of been listed as an interactive video in the
video section of the marketplace.

"Well in my opinion Kids tend to like direct control. "
You could be right in that it isn't a twitch game but I
think kids like creativity also and this allows lot's of that
and will provoke some thought into making a successful
zoo of a garden.
I really hope this game is fun or Rare are going to suffer
even more negative criticism.

Same thing happened to me when I'd ran out of hard drive space. Delete some unwanted stuff, then you should be able to download again. Not this though. It's shit.
