Media Molecule unveils PlayStation 4 project powered by Move

3D sculpting enabled by motion controller part of new game.

Media Molecule's Alex Evans took to the stage during the unveiling of the PlayStation 4 to unveil the Guildford studio's next project, an extension of the share and create ethos laid out by LittleBigPlanet that's built around the Move motion controller.

Although specific details such as a name have yet to be announced, Evans highlighted the 3D sculpting enabled by using the Move controller. A brief in-game demo showed a series of puppets being controlled by player with Move controllers, all orchestrated together in a musical number.

The project is the second game Media Molecule has in development, with a smaller second team working on the Vita game Tearaway. More details are due before the PlayStation 4's release later this year.
