Retro City Rampage hits Xbox Live Arcade today

EU PlayStation version should launch in one or two weeks' time.

Retro City Rampage launches on Xbox Live Arcade today, developer Brian Provinciano has announced.

The game is out on the PC and the US PlayStation Store for North American PlayStation 3s and Vitas already. In a tweet Provinciano said the retro Grand Theft Auto homage should launch on the European PlayStation Store no more than one or two weeks after today's XBLA launch. “Fingers crossed for one,” he added.

That means, hopefully, that RCR will launch on the EU PS Store next Wednesday, 9th January 2013.

The WiiWare version is due out this month.
