Ice White, Coral Pink 3DS bundles announced

UPDATE: Ice White bundle date pushed back.

UPDATE: Nintendo has updated their original press release to say the Ice White bundle will be available on 2nd December. The Coral Pink date remains unchanged.

ORIGINAL STORY: The upcoming Ice White and Coral Pink flavours of 3DS will be available in Europe from 18th November in two new bundles, Nintendo has announced.

Gamers can pick up the Ice White colour in a bundle with Super Mario 3D Land, while Coral Pink comes packaged with Nintendogs + Cats.

Both shades will also be available separately - Ice White is scheduled for December while Coral Pink has a vague release date of "later this year".

I knew there was a Nintendogs bundle coming--using it as a launch title was a terrible mistake. The audience that propelled the first title's success weren't going to fork out over �200 to play an updated version on a new machine. However, bundling the game with the 3DS at a much more reasonable price point should give Nintendogs + Cats a new lease of life and help the 3DS march onto a big Christmas.

Where's that 3DSi with 4x the CPU and GPU power the 2x the resolution of the current 3DS, and dual analog sticks? While I wait for that I'll be buying PSP Vita with modern tech inside...

FINALLY a nice design with MORE DEGREES THAN 90, hearking back to the original model DS, unlike the horrid boxy stylings of the DS lite, AND in the shiny metallic pink colour of my current one. Possibly time to finally upgrade...
