Poker Night at the Inventory dated
Telltale deals out oddball TF2 spin-off.
Poker Night at the Inventory, a Team Fortress 2/Penny Arcade/Telltale card game mash-up, will launch on 22nd November.
The game, developed by Telltale Games, sees Team Fortress 2's Heavy, Penny Arcade's Tycho, Sam (of Sam & Max fame) and Homestar Runner's Strong Bad coming together at the card table for a spot of poker and "lively banter".
It's available for download on PC and Mac for a mere $4.95. Pre-order through the official site by Monday and you'll get an exclusive poker visor wearable in Team Fortress 2. Pre-order through Steam and you'll get a 10 per cent saving.
There are more Team Fortress 2-related goodies up for grabs in the game proper. The five unlocks on the table are:
- "The Iron Curtain" weapon, for use by the Heavy in TF2
- Max's Lugermorph handgun for use by the Scout and the Engineer in TF2
- Max's Freelance Police badge, wearable by any player in TF2
- Wrist watch from Penny Arcade's Tycho for the Spy in TF2
- Styling "Dangeresque" sunglasses anted in by Strong Bad, wearable by Demoman in TF2

if it's any good however, tell me and i'll be on board... I just don't like Tycho's voice, sounds like the guy should be doing bloody washing tablet commercials. I'd imagine him sounding a bit like randall from 'Clerks' or garfield from 'Garfield'. A cynical voice rather than a overly positive one!
