Sony takes Pain developer off Warrior's Lair

Sony San Diego given sole responsibility for Vita dungeon crawler.

Idol Minds, the developer behind PSN plaything Pain, has been taken off forthcoming Vita/PS3 action RPG Warrior's Lair, Sony has confirmed.

As reported by Games Industry International, the title - announced at E3 2011 as Ruin - is now solely the responsibility of ModNation Racers: Road Trip developer Sony San Diego.

No explanation for the decision was offered, nor news on what Idol Minds is doing next.

Aside from the name change, we've heard precious little about Warrior's Lair since its reveal. Take a look at the reveal clip below to remind yourself of its distinctly Diablo-esque feel.
