Anker power banks go cheap for today only at Amazon

You can forever avoid the frustration of seeing the battery in your Switch, mobile or other favourite devices dwindle into nothingness with one of these cheap Anker portable chargers.

A couple of Anker's most popular power banks are on sale for today only at Amazon UK for up to 30% off, so you should be able to find one that eliminates seeing that aggressive blinking red light ever again.

I've picked out the PowerCore Speed 10000 and 20000 from the lot as they're both well-rated, relatively inexpensive, universally compatible and offer useful features such as support for Quick Charge 3.0.

The PowerCore Speed 10000 is a fairly basic option that's best if you only find yourself needing to top your phone up every so often. It has enough capacity to charge an iPhone 7 a little over 3 times or a Galaxy S6 around 2.5 times. As it's a slightly older model those benchmarks are a little outdated, but you can expect somewhat similar results with newer phones.

Meanwhile, the PowerCore Speed 20000 is the one to go for if you want a bit more extra juice - especially if you're thinking of using it with your Switch too. For an extra ten quid you'll get double the capacity, so that's four full charges on a Galaxy S8 or almost seven for an iPhone 7.

Either one is definitely worth picking up if you find yourself on the go a lot!
