The reason that this is odd is because I've finished VVVVVV. Played it all the way through, completed and won. And now, looking at half those screens, I don't even remember them, yet alone recall how I completed them. I'm going to be charitable, and suggest that this speaks to how great VVVVVV is: it trains you, and then places you so far in the zone that you can't even successfully recall being there later on. It's like a temporary zen-master simulator. Terrific.
