Seth looks a little to much like Dr. Manhattan from The Watchmen, but both characters super combo things where really cool

Seth is basically an update of the Gill character (from III) with a colour switch, and a frankly incredible super special.
not keen on vega though, he looks to similiar to his awful EX/zero version, yuk.

They didn't want the boxer to have a name to similar to M. Tyson so they changed the names round fearing a lawsuit.
