Four new MVC3 characters revealed
Marvel villains and Capcom femme fatales.
Marvel villains Doctor Doom and the Super-Skrull, and Capcom fighters Chun-Li and Trish, have been added to the list of playable characters in upcoming fighting game Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
The quartet join Ryu, Wolverine, Morrigan, Iron Man, Hulk, Chris Redfield, Captain America, Deadpool, Dante and Felicia on the game's ever-growing roster.
The armoured Victor von Doom has tormented superhero team the Fantastic Four for years and years. He has a pretty face.
The Super-Skrull is an alien with the combined powers of the Fantastic Four, making him something of a bad-ass.
Street Fighter stalwart Chun-Li is the Queen of Kicks and, once again, has massive thighs. Don't say that to her face, though.
And Trish, from beat-em-up Devil May Cry, is sort of like a female version of Dante, in that she, too, has supernatural powers.
Marvel vs. Capcom 3, powered by Capcom's MT Framework engine (the one used for Resident Evil 5), is a three-on-three tag team fighter in the 2.5D style. It's due out on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in Spring 2011.

Get Juggernaut and War Machine in there though!

Surely they could have done better than that. Where the f*ck is Doc Ock? Electro? Crossbones? Abomination?
Next thing you know, they'll put some total nobody-character like Shuma Gorath in a MvC game.
Oh wait...

Agree with Juggernaut, though I suppose the argument would be that the Hulk fills that space in the Marvel roster (same with War Machine's place being filled by Iron Man).

You need to watch the gameplay movies on gamertrailers.com. For us older gamers and Marvel comic book readers, I think Super-Skrull makes a great pick and gameplay wise looks like a beast.

Super Skrull has all the abilities of the Fantastic 4 so it's a good way of getting four characters in one.
