Brink delayed until spring 2011
Splash Damage shooter takes its time.
Bethesda Softworks has confirmed to Eurogamer that Splash Damage's upcoming multi-format shooter Brink has been delayed until spring 2011.
Brink has been put together by an all-star cast of developers hired by Splash Damage to bolster its ranks with experience in a number of genres.
The result looks enormously promising, not to mention attractive - a bold blend of single-player and multiplayer shooter principles, clever systems that allow you to move stylishly through the environment without having to recall 48 buttons in the heat of the moment, and stunning visuals.
Check out our most recent Brink preview below and watch out for more coverage in the near future.

the art direction and character design are just great!
still quite the delay... maybe they figured there is too much competition when they wanted to launch in October??
nonetheless would prefer to wait and get a GREAT game in 2011 that get an OK game in October...

The industry needs more exceptional middleware. I mean after seeing Euphoria in Red Dead it's a wonder more games wit5h shooting aren't using it.
Imagine smart in many other more single player focused games.

Hmm not sure if this will turn out well even though I quite like the look of this game.
