Battle-Cars head weekly PSN refresher
Plus LBP goodies, Mirror's Edge map.
Psyonix Studios' Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars heads the PlayStation Store update this week.
The game costs GBP 7.99 and revolves around physics-controlled vehicles doing silly things like playing football or just jumping around and smashing things. There's a free trial mode to help make your mind up.
Joining the premium ranks are a Filmer Pack for Skate 2 that adds advanced camera controls for the replay editor, custom watermarks and more online storage. This costs GBP 4.79.
There's a God of War level kit for LittleBigPlanet priced GBP 2.39, plus Kratos, Toro and Ape Escape costumes for GBP 1.59 each. Sony has added a free Groundhog day costume as well.
Also free are a Hero Arena Bonus add-on for Lord of the Rings: Conquest, which lets hero characters face-off head-to-head or in pairs. Mirror's edge gets a free Time Trial map, too.
PSP owners can get their hands on the full versions of Buzz! Master Quiz for GBP 19.99, or Fight Night Round 3 for GBP 15.99.
Elsewhere, there's piles of Grateful Dead songs for Rock Band, which can be bought separately for GBP 0.99 or as a pack for GBP 4.99. These are "Cold Rain and Snow", "Doin' That Rag", "Don't Ease Me In", "Fire on the Mountain", "Hell in a Bucket" and "Uncle John's Band".
Guitar Hero World Tour, meanwhile, gets a free Bruce Springsteen pack containing "Born to Run" and "My Lucky Day".
All that's left of note are the new Final Fantasy XIII trailer
and a free Crash Commando theme.
