Metal Gear Rising playable demo at E3 2012
No more Hideo and seek.
Eurogamer branded "interesting sequel" Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (once Metal Gear Solid: Rising) will be playable at E3 2012 this summer.
Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima said so in a leaked Famitsu interview picked up by Kotaku.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is being made by PlatinumGames - the extremely talented Japanese studio responsible for Vanquish, Bayonetta, MadWorld and, soon, Anarchy Reigns.
PlatinumGames' pedigree stretches back even further when you consider its Clover (Okami, Viewtiful Joe, God Hand) roots.
Revengeance stars cyborg ninja Raiden, who hacks and slashes his through the world of Metal Gear in a style reminiscent of Bayonetta.
Revengeance: what a word.

because it seems like this isn't going to contribute to the metal gear universe positively.
I'm not going to judge the game yet but it is so far away from what Metal Gear represents that it feels wrong.
