Before Mass Effect, BioWare made Jade Empire, an oriental fantasy about Kung Fu and mythical power. It's a game now largely forgotten, you absolute monsters, yet in 2005, Jade Empire was BioWare's big thing - an Xbox blockbuster.
BioWare's 2003 action-RPG Jade Empire is in the works for an iOS port that's allegedly coming very soon.
BioWare's kung fu role-playing game Jade Empire is free on Origin today. Apparently it's in celebration of the game turning 10 years old - 10 years old!

It appears BioWare does more than talk about a Jade Empire sequel - an ex-employee claims he worked on Jade Empire 2 between 2006 and 2007.
When will BioWare return to the ancient China-inspired world of Jade Empire?
EA has parried rumours that Jade Empire 2 is in development by unsurprisingly offering no comment.
BioWare has confirmed that a PC version of hit Xbox fighter Jade Empire is on the way.
