Chime 2 announced for PC, Mac in 2015

Rhythm-based puzzler Chime is getting a sequel, publisher Chilled Mouse has announced.

Chime 2 is set to release later in 2015 on Windows, Mac and Linux.

An early version of the game is playable this weekend in London at EGX Rezzed.

The sun's shining. The sky is blue. That can mean only one thing: it's time to reduce your risk of skin cancer and sit inside and play games until your eyeballs bleed.

This week there were way too many releases to do the download scene full justice, so we'll try to get to G-Rev's shooter Strania next week, as well as the likes of Dino D-Day (Dinosaurs! In World War II!), Dungeon Hunter and the various PSP Minis and DSiWare nuggets that invariably look rubbish at first glance, but turn out to be rather good.

Chime sales make $96,000 for charity

OneBigGame keeps only $4000.

How much money did charity publisher OneBigGame actually donate from the proceeds of XBLA game Chime? Around $96,000, OBG has announced.

In total, the non-profit organisation OneBigGame made $100,000 last year by releasing one game, Chime, in February.

That's a whopping 96 per cent given to charity.

Chime Super Deluxe, an updated take on PC and Xbox Live Arcade rhythm puzzler Chime, is heading to PlayStation Network later this year, developer ZoŽ Mode has confirmed.
