Assassin's Creed: Black Flag and Rogue headed to Nintendo Switch

Worth a stab.

Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, AKA the one with all the pirates, is headed to Nintendo Switch, alongside the enjoyable Assassin's Creed Rogue (basically Black Flag 1.5), too. They're coming together in a new package, dubbed the Assassin's Creed Rebel Collection.

If you missed out on it at the time, Rogue is the game which launched for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 the year the ill-fated Unity arrived for Xbox One and PS4. In a lot of ways, Rogue ended up the better option.

These aren't the first Assassin's Creed games for Switch, of course. Earlier this year, Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered arrived for the platform.

All in all, it feels a good time to dip back into these games. After last year's excellent Odyssey and it's various expansions, the franchise is taking another well-earned break... until 2020.
