Here's some cool news coming out of gamescom if you're into strategy series The Settlers: Ubisoft is re-releasing The Settlers 1-7 - and has announced a brand new The Settlers game, simply titled The Settlers, due out in 2019.

Here's the official blurb on the brand new The Settlers:

"Forced to leave their homelands after a devastating earthquake of mysterious origins, the Settlers set sail towards the unknown in the hopes of finding a new home. Not only will they face countless new challenges, they will also become part of an ancient mystery that will change their lives forever."

The Settlers 1-7 are gathered together in The Settlers History Collection, due out 15th November 2018, although the first The Settlers is out today on uPlay.

Both titles are in the works at Ubisoft's German studio and original creator of The Settlers, Blue Byte, which is also working on a new Anno game due out later this year.
