PlayStation Now - a service that allows you to stream PS3 games on PS4, Vita, PS3 and certain TVs using cloud-based technology - is going to launch its open beta on 31st July in North America.

Following that, it will launch on PS3, Vita, and Sony TVs.

There's still no word on when it will reach Europe.
