This year's MineCon Minecraft convention will be held at Disneyland Paris, the game's maker, Mojang, has revealed.

Minecraft creator Markus "Notch" Persson tweeted a trailer that revealed the new location - last year's event was in Las Vegas.

In the video, Markus Persson mentioned to (lead Minecraft programmer and designer) Jens Bergensten that things had been a little bit odd around the Mojang office recently.

We see what they're talking about: members of the team are decked out in Disney paraphernalia. There are Mickey Mouse gloves, pens, and ears, and Minnie Mouse ears and back pack.

"Fine," accepted Persson, "we'll have MineCon at Disneyland Paris."

The event runs from 24th to 25th November.
