Tales of Xillia trademark hints at European release

Namco's PS3-exclusive RPG heading West?

PlayStation 3 RPG Tales of Xillia, the latest installment in Namco Bandai's long-running Tales series, is coming to Europe, judging by a new trademark registration.

As reported by Siliconera, a European listing for the game was filed earlier this week.

We've asked the publisher for comment and will update should we get a response.

The game has been out in Japan since last September, where it's shifted more than 740,000 copies - the biggest tally for the franchise since Tales of Destiny 2 on the PlayStation 2. Check out the trailer below for a closer look.

Its immediate predecessor, Tales of Graces, has been confirmed for a Summer 2012 Euro launch.
