Modern Warfare 2 wins 2009 in UK

FIFA 10 and FIFA 2009 also in top 10.

Modern Warfare 2 has unsurprisingly finished as the UK's best-selling game of 2009, according to Chart-Track data.

The second biggest all-formats title was FIFA 10 - with FIFA 09 also coming 10th in the chart.

Nintendo games Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fit, Wii Fit Plus and Mario Kart Wii accounted for four of the top 10 best sellers, while SEGA's Wii title Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games came in as the eighth biggest seller.

Assassin's Creed II made it to sixth place, while Activision also saw a second game - Call of Duty: World at War - enter the top 10.

The DS chart was topped by Professor Layton and the Curious Village, while the biggest PSP game was named as FIFA 10.
