BF2: Armored Fury released

Three maps, six vehicles.

Those of you still waving choppers in each other's faces night after night can pull your pants back on and start playing Battlefield 2 again - providing you're interested in new "Booster Pack" Armored Fury, which is now available.

Priced £5.99 (inc VAT), it's available through EA Downloader now and includes three new maps, six new vehicles and radar functionality for scout helicopters and vehicle airdropping.

We've gone this far so we might as well tell you that the three new maps are a battle for the Alaskan port of Valdez, a fight along the road to Washington as the Middle Eastern Coalition starts steamrollering the US countryside, and another one about fighting for control of highways.

And among the vehicles, there's the A-10 Warthog, the Fantan Q-5 and Littlebird scout helicopter.

If you want more on what's in it, along with former Booster Pack Euro Force, you can find out by checking in with EA's official website.
