Heavy Rain Taxidermist on PS3 Store

The first batch of Heavy Rain downloadable content arrives today. It's called The Taxidermist and stars main character Madison Paige. As her, you'll nose around the house of a taxidermist who also happens to be a suspect in the Origami Killer killings.

Other high-profile DLC includes Chapters of Deceit for Army of Two: The 40th Day, the Godlike Pack for Dante's Inferno and those Jay-Z and Eminem tracks for DJ Hero that were reserved for Renegade Edition buyers at launch. BioWare has popped out a slew of Easter "Feastday" goodies for Dragon Age: Origins that are free, too.

Namco Museum Essentials is today's new PSN game, and there are a couple of deals worth considering: the Penny Arcade Adventures double-pack (there will be no Episode Three) and the full five-episode batch of the new Sam & Max series, The Devil's Playhouse. The latter has only just begun, but if you pay upfront you'll save in the long-run and have a new instalment delivered each month.

On VidZone, meanwhile, revellers will be able to watch the first play of Aggro Santos' Candy. He's supposed to be the next big thing.

On the PSP Comic Store there's more of Stan Lee's Daredevil, a pen-and-paper adaptation of JJ Abrams' Star Trek and Beowulf without a naked Ray Winstone in it.

What about PlayStation Home? Glad you didn't ask. There's the first batch of Star Wars clothes and costumes, which include a black Lightsaber prop. There are Star Wars-themed statues, too. This week also welcomes Monty Python content such as The Black Knight costume complete with missing arms, and you'll be able to stamp a giant Monty Python foot in your Home space.

To Europe today comes the Ghostbusters Firehouse, complete with associated props (car, proton packs) and costumes. The Siren: Blood Curse area has made its way to European shores as well, and features the Ward of Despair mini-game for you and your virtual friends.
