Guitar Hero: On Tour European track list
And how it compares to the UK one.
Activision has given Eurogamer the track listing for the single French, Italian, German and Spanish "European version" of the upcoming DS version of Guitar Hero.
The UK version of On Tour, which ships with and uses a wacky bolt-on peripheral to emulate the guitar frets found on the regular game's peripheral, has the same songs as the US version that came out this week.
Both versions include songs like Blink-182's "All The Small Things" and Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Knock Me Down", but our European friends lose out on Los Lonely Boys, Rick Springfield, Steve Miller Band and The Doobie Brothers while gaining in other areas.

Queen - Killer Queen was on Guitar Hero 1 and is a downloadable for Guitar Hero 2 on 360.
Why exactly is it necessary to release 2 slightly different set lists? Why can't all the songs simply be on both.
Not an epic list of songs, but pretty good for a portable version of Guitar Hero.
I wonder how many people get this mixed up with the next console version; Guitar Hero World Tour, Guitar Hero On Tour, u'd thought they could've named them more uniquely?

Shame, though, that I just plain don't wanna play it on a tiny screen with shitty speakers and four fret buttons.

I think it is because of licensing costs. They may need to license each song per region, and so it is only worth the spend on certain songs for the region where they are best known.
@Nithron
I kind of figured everyone used headphones with their DS. Except for annoying kids on public transport, obviously.
